Tomorrow October 17th WPS HS students will be testing. Jr and Sr will be taking the ACT. Freshman and sophomore’s will be taking MAP tests. Juniors and seniors that are taking the ACT need to be at school by 8:00 AM to eat breakfast. We will start testing at 8:30 AM sharp.
Tomorrow WPS grades 5th-8th will be attending the Sioux City Musketeers hockey game from 9:30am and will be returning around 2:30pm. Students will have a lunch provided to them, but are able to bring extra money if they want to get anything from the concession stand.
We will be having at blessing/send off for Tressa Bigbear on Thursday at 10am. She will be leaving town to head to Kearney at 10:45am after the blessing/send off.
NSAA state cross country will take place in Kearney this Friday and she will run at 3pm at the Kearney Country Club golf course.

HS district cross country at Fort Calhoun. The race will be ran at Fort Atkinson State Park. Girls run at 4:30pm followed by boys at 5:15pm.
The HS District Cross Country date has been moved up to Wednesday, October 11th due to the weather forecast. Girls will begin at 4:30pm and boys at 5:15pm. Districts will be located in Fort Calhoun at Fort Atkinson State Park. This information can be found on the school's Facebook or Website.

For HS football parents:
The football team will be leaving at 6:30am Thursday morning to travel to Standing Rock, ND for their football game. The game time is 6pm ct and will be broadcast on:

We will be standing over night tomorrow night in Aberdeen,SD. The team will travel home the following morning, Friday. We should arrive to Winnebago no later then 3:30pm. Please contact Adam James at the school with any question.
