Reminder:
Any student in grades 7-12 that plan to go out for athletics needs to have an updated sport's physical completed before being able to start practicing. Hs volleyball and cross country start practice on August 7th. Hs football will start practice on August 14th. Jh fall athletics begin the first day of school on August 17th.

HS Volleyball Conditioning starts today 4-6. Monday-Wednesday this week and Monday-Friday next week.
HS football conditioning will start July 31st from 4-6. This will go Monday-Friday.
Students can condition without a physical but cannot practice until the school has a current physical on file after the last day of the last school year. This needs to be done before August 7th.
Only two weeks left of Jh/hs summer workouts! We have seen some, but not all. Would be a good start to the seasons to see everyone the next two weeks.

Reminder: WSC Volleyball Camp is at the school tomorrow from 10:00-1:00 in the competition gym. Players need to be here at 9:30 with their permission form signed. Forms are in the front office. (This is a great opportunity for both JH and HS.)
