Winnebago eSports and Morningstar Counseling have teamed together to put on the first annual Winnebago community esports tourney today. The games played are Fortnite and Mario Kart. This event is taking place in the WPS practice gym. Registration for the event today will be from 11am to noon. Lunch will be served. The tourney will start after registration. Hope to see you here!!

The 6th grade Academy letters will be sent home with 6th grade students when they are dismissed at the end of the day. Students have been instructed not to open them until they get home. Any students not in school today can pick up their notice in the front office after 1 pm today.

State golf shirts ads here. 15$ a piece and they are right inside the front entrance. They will be sold today until 3pm. If you want one after, just come to the front desk and ask.
Reminder: The 8th grade promotion ceremony is today at 2:00pm in the Competition Gym. Students should arrive at 1:30pm and report to the classrooms

This just in, Dyami Berridge runs a 4:46.12 mile and places 12th at the class c state track meet! He ran a PR in both the mile and 2 mile at state. We are proud of you. #bagopride

8th grade promotion is Monday, May 23, at 2:00 in the Competition gym. Students need to arrive at 1:30.
State Golf blessing/send off for Eugene DeCora will be on Monday, May 23rd at 10am in the WPS game gym. They will head out of town at approx. 10:45am to head to Columbus south on hwy 77. #bagopride
Tunnel walk for state track qualifier Dyami Berridge at 8:30am. They will head out of town on 77 south about 8:45am.
He will run the 2mile today at approximately 4:45pm and the mile tomorrow at approximately 4:45pm.
The 9-12 Game Day is taking place tomorrow. There will be several water games and some tie-dye events. Please dress appropriately - closed toed shoes, sunscreen, etc. High school students will be given a t-shirt.

K-6 Parents: Summer school letters were given out again to students. If your child came home with one today- please fill out the 2nd page and send back to school. Your child will earn a prize when it is returned filled out- even if they are not attending summer school. Thank you to those who have turned them in already. We look forward to a fun, educational time at summer school!!

The class c state golf meet is held in Columbus next Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th. Exact course and address are listed in the schools Facebook and website. Tee times will be out soon.
NCPA Scholars and parent/guardians
Please mark your calendars with the following important dates:
Thursday, May 19th at 5:00pm-Mandatory parent and scholar meeting in the Theatre Arts Auditorium/WPS. We will be reviewing the NCPA financial promise, sharing important summer camp information and getting documents signed. This is for NCPA scholars grades 9-12 (2022/2023)
Summer camp dates:
Monday, June 6-Wednesday, June 8th-9th and 10th grades
Wednesday, June 8th – Friday, June 10th -11th and 12th grades
