In respect for the family in mourning, the NCPA/Academy have decided to move the Academy Senior Recognition event to the day of graduation, May 14th.
NCPA/Academy students will receive their rewards and gifts at graduation. An area for picture taking and refreshments will be setup. More details to come.

Class of 2023
Senior Breakfast will be at 9:30 AM on Friday, May 12th. Following we will do our first-ever senior walk through the halls. Please bring caps and gowns. The senior walk will be followed by a senior photo on the grand staircase. Then seniors will report to the practice gym to line up for graduation rehearsals. Please be on time. We have a busy morning. Thanks!

Grades 3rd-6th track and field has been postponed until Tuesday May 9th 1:00pm-3:00pm due to weather. If Tuesday is rainy field day will take place indoors in the PE gym May 9th
K-2 field day is still Friday May 12 at the track. If it is raining Field day will still take place on the 12th indoors.
If we cannot do water balloons on these days we will plan an alternative day.

Dear NCPA Family and Scholars,
In support of our Winnebago Community and families, the Nebraska College Preparatory Academy (NCPA) has decided to postpone tonight’s 2023 Senior Showcase and Scholar Recognition Reception. Please check your e-mails for information on the new date.
NCPA will have fried chicken and side dishes available this evening from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Winnebago Public School cafeteria ,or until food runs out, for you to pick up and take home.
Our thoughts go out to the families in mourning.

Dear Academy Scholar Parents,
On Wednesday, May 3rd at 5:30pm NCPA will be honoring Academy Seniors. The program will be in the WPS Theatre Arts Auditorium with a dinner to follow in the cafeteria. This is a required attendance event for all NCPA scholars and families. Come celebrate and recognize the Academy Seniors!

Hs golf 9am and has been moved to Battle Creek's Evergreen hills golf course.
Today's JH track meet at Oakland has been postponed. The meet will be moved to Monday and the start time will be 10am.

Esports state- smash Bros at Concordia University 4pm. They will be having a tunnel walk today at 12pm and heading out!
Jh track at Oakland 1:30pm start time. They are going to have the meet.

HS boys golf quad at 1pm. Location has been moved to Wayne Country Club
Dyami Berridge will be competing in the 1600 and 3200 meter races today at the Northeast Nebraska track classic at Norfolk High school. His times qualified him for this meet. He will run the 3200 at approx. 5:45pm and the 1600 at approx. 7:20 pm tonight. This meet is an all class meet against the top runners in northeast Nebraska!
