WPS would like to remind everyone of the school policy on some health/saftey issues
as we are in the cold and flu season:
1.) Fever, children must be fever free for 24 hours without any medication that treats it. Fever is when they are contagious for whatever they have.
2.)Vomiting, When a child is vomiting they must go home. A parent/guardian or emergency person will be contacted to come and get them.
3.) Live bugs, children must go home and be treated. They can return after being treated and there are no more live bugs. Nits still need to be combed out and at least wear a hat or pull the hair up. It's very hard for children to learn or concentrate when their heads itch.

Just a reminder to not bring food or drink deliveries to WPS students outside of their designated lunch time. Any delivered items will be held at the front desk and students will be allowed to pick up any deliveries during their scheduled lunch time. This is a WPS school policy.

Jh boys BB will be having practice from 12pm-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Players need to enter the main entrance doors and make sure to bring their own water bottles.
Jh boys will play Homer at Winnebago on Jan 6 4pm which is a change from the original schedule due to the holiday break.
Jh girls basketball will have practice 3pm Monday-Thursday. Player need to enter in the main door entrance and bring your own water bottles
