Reminder-- We want to celebrate the adults of the students with exemplary attendance. This celebration dinner is for you, the adults (parents or guardians), of students with exemplary attendance.
If you have one or more students that have had exemplary attendance, you should have received in the mail a letter containing two (2) tickets to a dinner this Saturday afternoon (December 2nd). We would be honored for you to join us at WPS to celebrate your role and efforts in getting your student to school daily. You will need to bring your tickets for your meal, and if everyone invited attends, there will NOT be any extra meals available, so please do not bring extra guests. See you on Saturday!

Hs play production at Districts in Ponca. They perform at 8:30am.
Jh girls and boys basketball at home vs Omaha Nation. Both teams will play at 3pm. Boys in the practice gym and girls in the game gym. A teams will play first, followed by a few quarter of B.
The one act team will perform at 8:30 am at districts in Ponca tomorrow. The cast should arrive at the school at 6:30 am to get ready and the crew at 7. We are leaving the school by 7:15.
Attention- due to an emergency and lock down situation at Omaha South High school, our HS Jamboree Basketball game for tonight has been cancelled.

WPS would like to send a reminder about food and drinks being delivered to the school. It is important that we keep our instructional time uninterrupted. With this in mind, we will not give students delivered food or drinks until it is their scheduled lunch time. We have attached the school board policy to the post on Facebook, along with the lunch times for each grade, so you know a good time to deliver these items. Thank you for helping keep our instructional time important!
