We are at the end of NSeSA's Spring Season with the State Finals taking place this Friday, April 28th. Winnebago competed with 2 teams this Spring, both in 2v2 Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate - Team 2 (6-6) #12
Adain Robles, Isaiah Armell, Subs - Eugene DeCora and Devin Houghton
Team 2 finished the regular season 6-5 with the #12 seed going into the playoffs. They were defeated by #5 Ord who they had beaten earlier in the year but fell short this time around. With the loss to Ord, Team 2 was eliminated and finished the season 6-6 overall.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate - Team 1 (9-3) #6
Haini Morgan, Damon Payer, Sub - Adain Robles
Team 1 finished the regular season 8-3 with the #6 seed going into the playoffs. They defeated #11 Hershey 3-0 to clinch a spot in the Spring State Finals. They will face off against #3 David City in the first round. The State Finals will take place at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. Their session is set to start at 4pm.
